We are a 22 and 23 year old males who have a room for rent in a fully furnished 3 bedroom two storey townhouse in a gated complex in helensvale. just 5 mins drive from the M1 and a 3 minute drive to westfield helensvale the house is fully furnished (includ a washing machine full kitchen supplies and a 42inch flat screen downstairs). the house has a laundry large living area and patio extra toilet and large kitchen downstairs and 3 bedrooms and bathroom/toilet upstairs. only the room requires furniture. we are both qualified chefs and often work nights. We are looking for someone (preferably female but can be male as well) who is friendly but also can respect privacy and belongings. Rent is 110 per week and this includes car parking within the gated complex. the only other bills that we pay are for elect.
