HelloIm Sam ive been a chef for 6yrs im 23 years old really easy to get along with clean tidy respectful and honest.The townhouse is nice clean and tidy furnished with TV fridge washing machine dryer general kitchen utensils etcVery nice room mate who is also chef we both pay our bills on time and are really friendly and not in your face but happy to talk and hang out together. Plenty of pantry space and under the stairs there is more space for personal belongings. The room itself is the largest in the townhouse with double sized sliding wardrobe tv jack ceiling fan and large window. You will have to supply your own bed and room items. The location is great as it is quiet in gated safe complex great helpful and friendly landlords just a walk away from the town centre 15 mins drive to broadbeach close walk to train station and buses along with corner shop hair dresser restaurants and a vinnies next door to the complex. Bond will be needed and you will be signed up to the newly signed leaseThe Bond will be $440 and rent $115Electricity IS extra but the quarterly bill has never exceeded 350.00 even whilst having 3 tennants living at that time.Parking single lock up garage plus 2 car spaces visitor and street parking.
