Downstairs has 2 Bedrooms (one available) 1 bathroom and combined living dinning area. You will have your own undercover patio full use of large in ground pool and parking inside the gated property. $170 a week covers room internet electricity pool and garden maintenance. You will be sharing with 24yo respectful guy who is very clean and tidy. Main areas of the house are furnished (fully equipt kitchen and lounge room) you will also have full use of our washing machine. Seeking Male or Female who is employed full time easy going but very respectful. Room is available NOW! Unfortunately no pets allowed as we already own two cats.
