Great/easy location straight off/on the M1 bus stop just down the road and a car space provided (not covered) The place is fully furnished so you wouldnt be required to bring anything with you The room contains a double bed with linen supplied. Looking for a full time student or full time worker. You must be able to clean up after yourself and be respectful of my privacy someone that wont have alot of mates around and also looking for someone that likes to chill out and have a few drinks every now and then. Unit is in a security gated complex with a pool and BBQ area. Electricity is included in rent price. Room will be rented on a month to month basis incase things werent to work out between us. This would definately suit someone that doesnt spend alot of time at home.
