I have a room available for rent the house is reasonably small although open plan with plenty of space. It is situated only minutes from the highway and easy access to Southport.There is also a shared study that is available to use.The house is on an acre of land so no worries if you have a friendly dog.I am hoping to find someone that is employed or studying that enjoys a good time occasionally but not a party animal.I work alot so you will have plenty of privacy there is an electric gate out the front which helps when you want some time to chill without visitors. Dont get me wrong though I do like entertaining and having people over.
