Hey guys we are three awesome chilled out people between the ages of 21 and 28 looking for a fourth awesome chilled out person. The room is a small double with a wardrobe in it and leads out onto an inside verandah sort of thing (extra space) The house leads out onto an inlet from the Currumbin River which we have two kayaks to explore it in. Games room with bar darts pool. When Im not working (Kevin and I are pretty busy) Love relaxing on the deck with a drink in hand. We would love someone who was busy but had time to form a friendship with and get to know. Rules of moving in is that you must be willing to make an oragami butterfly to ad to our collection Otherwise just the usual clean tidy quiet etc. Bills are split evenly unless youre after short term accommodation and if so itll be a flat 30$ a week extra.
