We have available two rooms in a lovely 3 bedroom timber house. The living areas are spacious with a fireplace and large balconies with views of the trees and mountains. The property is located on a treed acre with a large swimming pool and plenty of places for your own vege garden. We are looking for people who are quiet and down to earth. There is a 30yr old female in the house already who works 5 days a week. There are plenty of places to walk and ride bikes straight out the front door and the house is located only a 10 minute drive to Currumbin beach and a further 5 minutes to all the gorgeous beaches in Coolangatta. There will be a maximum of 3 people in the house at one time. Couples are more than welcome to use both rooms available for a discounted rate.
