STUDENTS PROFESSIONALS WORKERS Both male and Female I am wanting someone to share my large modern duplex in Coomera NOW and would like to share the house with a nice house mate. You will have your own bathroom and reasonable sized bedroom and will have use of TV and sofa and washing machine and dryer. You will also have use of other furniture in the house so you can just move in. Just bring your own bed or I can arrange one for you.I am not looking to have any more than 2 maybe 3 people live in the house at anyone time as I would like to keep the house nice an easy to live in. I like to be social at times and have friends and family visit and also socialise with fellow housemates and make people feel very welcome.I am a very clean and tidy person who likes to relax and have fun whilst being considerate to others in the house.
