I have a beautiful new home located in Coomera 20 min drive to Surfers Main Beach 10 min walk to train station and minutes drive to shops Dream World and freeway.There is both myself and Roxy who are looking to share this great place with one other we both work and have many commitments so looking for someone much the same easy going clean tidy professional and friendly.We are looking to share the house on a long term basis. We are happy to share with either a male or female ideally aged between 22 – 32.I work full time study and do gym so my life is full and fun I own a dog so please be dog friendly hes pretty lovable and has a massive personality. rent is $175 p/w plus expenses the bedroom is not furnished great sized bathroom and seperate toilet a spare room is set up for when mates stay. The rest of the house is fully furnished so no room for furniture. There is only room in the garage for a push bike or surf board etc.CheersNicci
