Hi my wife and I are looking to rent out our spare room. We are 3-5 mins walking distance from Coomera Tafe and 3 mins drive from the M1. The rent would be $150pw and this will include elec gas internet etc. You would have your own bathroom and the room would be furnished unless you would like to bring your own furniture. We have 2 pet cats. I am 31 my wife is 25 we are outgoing and friendly and both work full time. My wife is French I am Australian. Matthew
