Hi I’m Emily (26) I am a quite part-time worker about to start TAFE in July.
I have two bedrooms the first available now and the second in two weeks time. Rent is $120 per week covering power, water, and unlimited broadband internet. The bond is $446.70 per room and rent should be two weeks in advance. I am willing to negotiate a higher price for the master bedroom + ensuite and/or use of the garage. Student furnishing is available for one room. Parking is on street however being opposite a park and having no through traffic this should not be an issue.
The M1, TAFE & Coomera train station are less than 5 minutes away. Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, several servo’s, take away places and fast food restaurants are available at Upper Coomera, Helensvale Home world, Oxenford and Westfield Helensvale all less than 10 mins away. Runaway Bay and Harbour Town are surprisingly close.
The building is a two story town house. Downstairs is the lounge, kitchen/dining room (with a/c), a toilet and laundry nook. Upstairs the two available west facing bedrooms, main bathroom with a separate shower that’s not in the bathtub and second toilet in another room. The master bedroom is on the eastern side facing the front of the house and the park, while the other two bedrooms overlook the garden and the back lane. The back yard has a well-positioned clothesline and room for additional airing racks.
The lease is up for renewal in August with no increase in rent or bond. Ideally I would appreciate someone who could come in and take over as primary lease holder as I’ve got a fair bit on my plate at the moment. Otherwise anyone clean, reliable and sensible is welcome to apply.
