I’m currently looking to fill an UNFURNISHED room in my unit in Coomera.

You will have your own room, bathroom and toilet.

My current housemate is moving out on Sunday the 19th March. The rent will be $140 + bills as they come or i can accommodate a higher weekly fee to incorporate the gas/electricity etc based on previous bills (which is only for 2 people), up to you.

I work mon-fri and usually leave home between 6-7am depending on how far im travelling. I’m not a big partier and tend to keep to my own space. I do enjoy being social with the right people of course.

The unit has a small balcony, i have a bqq on it currently which you are free to use. There is a single width garage which is long enough to fit a car and some storage as well. On street parking is not an issue here as most people do it and there is not very much traffic (no through traffic at all). Laundry is also situated in the garage.

Your room would be the one with the striped bed in the images provided on the site above as well as the separate toilet and bathroom. That side of the house actually has a sliding door on it so you can shut that and the bathroom/toilet/bedroom becomes a separate entity, its rather private.

The unit is situated in a very quiet neighborhood only 3mins drive from the motorway and half that to the Coomera train station. Approx 5 Minute drive to local shops with banks/woolworths/aldi. Busses do run nearby as well, not exactly sure of times as i don’t use it but they would be regular as GCIT/the train station and a school are all within a couple minutes.
