We are looking for a friendly, fun and considerate flatmate to share our beautiful home in Genesis Estate, Coomera.

It is a 4 bedroom/2 Bathroom with two decks complete with outdoor furniture. House is full furnished apart from bedroom (can be partly furnished).

We are 3 people (1 couple) who like to relax on the weekends and spend time on the deck with some beverages and have bbq’s with friends. Nigel is a fifo worker (3 weeks on 1 week off) so you will generally be living with just Jayne and Hannah

The bedroom is fully furnished with bedside tables, double bed and set of drawers. You will have the bathroom to yourself (unless we have people staying) which is nice and big with a seperate bath and shower. Rent is $150 which includes your general household supplies (toilet paper, milk etc) and we split the bills between us when they arrive

As we live in the estate we have exclusive access to the gym and pool (which is no extra charge)!!
