4 bedroom open plan living townhouse. There are two flatmates currently living there Drew – 36 works full time and studies part time. Dave – 56 works full time. We have sideline business we run together. All furniture provided. Looking for an easygoing guy to live with 30 or over someone who is settled clean and tidy who respects other peoples property and personal space working full time not a drama queen. Have house rules but negotiable to mutually beneficial living arrangements. Party once a month ok but not all the time. If you go out dont bring home trade prefer you go to there place. If you have a boyfriend that is ok but must be agreeable to other flatmates and stay no more than two nights a week. Pay rent and bills on time groceries seperate. All the rest is negotiable. Only outside parking available. There is a pool and bbq area.
