House is usually quiet and relaxed – Low maintanace house and tenants.

2 tenants living in the other side of house using own bath/toilet.
Already have pets in house – no room for any more. Large front yard unfenced. small fenced back yard.

Require one weeks rent up front. $20 deposit for keys (which will be returned on exit), will provided receipts every time for payment.
