Looking for flatmate to share with 42 y/o working female. Must be clean and tidy reliable and able to pay rent on time. My villa is part of a small quiet complex so its not a full-blown party-house (Im over those days) although a bottle of wine over dinner is always nice to share. Villa is fully tiled built-in wardrobe in the room with double bed if required.Outdoor area and yard out the back. Have to share the bathroom but I always keep that clean as with the rest of the house. Pets arent allowed in my complex. I ask for $150 bond. Rent includes electricity.
