Hi All I am currently renting a house about a 5 min walk from Coolangatta and am looking for a housemate to move in. Im a 24 yr old professional working a week on week off roster. Im looking for a similarly aged person to move in who is neat and tidy positive and doesnt mind the odd drink every now and then. Rent is 190 per week and doesnt include electricity water or internet. A bond will be required.The place is newly renovated house off the street and has its privacy. Its basically fully furnished wiht a plasma tv lounge dishwasher washing machine etc. It has off street undercover parking for 2 cars. It only has the one bathroom and an interal laundry. It has a big backyard with a BBQ. Will consider a well trained outside dog.
