The home has wireless cable internet (which is a small cost ontop of rent – if you want to access it). The home is a 10 minute walk to bus stop to all major destinations on the Gold Coast. 5 minute drive to beaches Pac Fair Robina and Super Q shopping centres. Great location on Gold Coast close to all major night life and restaurant areas and even more places to socialise! You would be sharing with a guy and girl (not a couple) both professionals. Very friendly and easygoing we both like a laugh and the odd glass of wine or beer in the evening. Both of us have busy careers and active social lives so are not around all the time but like to get together when we are. We are open to any length of lease. So it is available for a 2 month short term let as well as someone looking for somewhere longer. Have offstreet parking. $200 per week includes electricity.
