Onsite gym, sauna, 2x tennis courts and huge pool.

Available approx end of July or sooner, as current housemate is flexible with move-out date. Will be sharing with 1x 31yo male and 1x 23yo female. Just looking for a housemate that will follow basic common sense (clean up after yourself, pitch in when you can, pay bills on time, consider others before turning on a blender at 3am

Complex is quiet and has staff on-site so no crazy party people please.
