Great central location.Walking distance to cafes shops supermarket bottle shops and Beach is a 5min walk over the bridge into Surfers.I am breaking my lease to move interstate so am hoping to have something organised within a month if possible The lease ends on the 7th of January. You could make a new lease after that for 6 or 12 months.If required there is a queen size ensemble bed that can stay ($50) and possibly the fridge I could sell to you if require for $150 If not both items will be removed of course.
