hi i have moved to the gold coast last week with a mate but he decided to go home so i have a room for rent.I have a six month lease and it would be 170 a week no bond required. the unit is fully furnished and has been renovated.It is on chevron island short walk to the beach and cavill ave.I am 24 and work fulltime and like to have a bit of fun on the weekends.I would prefer a female but males ok age 20-27 and working.If interested please ring or send an email.Also not sure of utility costs yet as only been there a week.
