I have a fully funished unit within 5 min walk to the beach the shops and the nightlife of surfers paradise I am an easy going male that flys in and out for work so I am only here half the time. The main bathroom and toilet is yours with the room.. The lounge has aircon and there is a private secure carspace with the room. I would prefer somebody friendly and also someone that tidies up after themselves.
