She is a very friendly and outgoing french girl studying in Surfers.The house is fitted with queen beads and has a walk in closets in every room and very close to public transport to Griffith University or Bond University. Also you just need 5 minutes to Surfers Paradise Centre and beach. Shops are locatd within 200 meters. Once you have seen the house you will love it.The landlord is very friendly and attentive.As a last notification: Electricity is not included.
