We live in a 3 bedroom 2 n half bathroom town house. we are a young married couple only wanting to rent out one of the spare rooms and keep the other free if we or yourself have friends or family visit. The room comes with your own bathroom with shower and bathtub. as we have an en suite and their is a bathroom down stairs for guests. Rent includes Wifi but exspenses will be split…rent for a single person is 150 and for a couple $185 we have only been in the gold coast for 2 months. we live in a gated complex which has 3 pools and a lap pool…there is also a resort/tennis courts/ and golf clubs on the the same street.
