Hi my name is Sam and I have a decent sized room to rent with own large bathroom including bath tub. I am a fun and laid back professional person who is quite quiet during the week but enjoys a few wines with friends on the weekends. I am looking for someone like myself who will enjoy a chat and glass of wine and the occasional meal but also likes their own space. Must be very tidy and clean up after themselves- I am very house proud. I have 1 cat- a young girl named Piper. Cannot accomodate people with children- sorry.
