I am looking for preferably a female to share house I have not had flat mate in before not known close to highway shops bus stop quiet complex and never had a thing go missing quite large yard for townhouse and small pet prob be ok looking to have single lady move in at this point although no prob with others staying hear and there there is spare room for storage or guests or maybe child or children these rooms are not furnished the house has air con and of course will be shared equally big tv no cable no dryer the rest u will find out upon request looking for down to earth flat mate and respects others property and is considerate as i am and prefer working due to monthly expenses but can be arranged less for some house cleaning so not essential no photos at this stage due to new com but will upload soon
