I am trying to help my mum find a room mate as I have recently moved out. The room is decent sized and has a built in robe. You will have your own bathroom. My mum is not home from about 7:30am – 3:30pm during the week. There is a landline hooked up as well as the internet. The weekly rent includes all utilities (water electricity phone internet).
