Hi. I have lived in this gated complex for over 9 years now. The Robina-Tweed Heads bus stop is across the road as is the Burleigh Waters Library. The Burleigh Bombers Club is also across the road. There is a swimming pool and a tennis court within the complex. I would prefer someone who is working as I am used to having time by myself. The $140 per week includes electricity. There is a $ 560 bond. The beach is a 2 minute car ride or a 30 minute walk. There is a parking spot allocated. The room can be unfurnished if preferred. Looking forward to hearing from you.
