The apartment is fully furnished with lounge tv wii. Outdoor furniture and all kitchen appliances and utensils. These apartments are only 3 yrs old and I have lived here for 2.5 of them. It is modern designed and clean. The block has two pools two BBQs a gym and is located opposite a coles doctors banks taverns bottle shops etc. Located near the M1 for easy transport and on Bermuda st. which is easy to travel to locations on the Gold Coast. The room contains a double bed desk as well as a mirrored double wardrobe. It does not have an actual ensuite but there is a bathroom that only you will use as the other room has an ensuite.Just looking for another young female that is CLEAN and easy to get along with:) Preferrably another student that understands how crazy uni semesters can be!Contact me via phone or email and i will respond asap!thanks
