We are 2 Easy going Full time working females who are looking for someone friendly, easy going like us, well-kept and reliable to share our share our 3 bedroom top floor Unit in the Varsity Views Apartments. We are preferably looking for a female, between the ages or about 20 – 30 who works full time or part time.

The Apartments are right across from The Tree tops plaza, giving you easy access to grocery shopping, post office, Banks, Chemist and medical centres. There is also a bus stop if needed for public transport.

It’s just a short 5 minute drive to either the Varsity Lakes Train Station or the M1 On Ramp and only a 10 minutes’ drive to Burleigh Beach or Robina Town Centre.

No Pets aloud, Nonnegotiable unfortunately.

Weekly Rent is $150 which includes most/All your Water and Electricity
Bond is 3 Weeks Rent and A Weeks Rent In advance
