Sharehouse with one female and 1 male and one cat (well trained and quite a character). Both of us aren’t around a lot, more of a place we stay occasionally, so great place if you like it pretty quiet, friendly, clean and tidy.

House is fully furnished, warm and comfy feel. Double sized room, has large inbuilt cupboard, double bed and bedside table. There is also another small room that may be available for extra space if needed.

Veggie garden and BBQ out the back.

Good quiet neighborhood, convenient location, close to beach – only a 5min. walk to Burleigh Beach, close to bus and shops.

Two weeks rent in advance, two weeks bond ($150 per week includes electricity and wireless internet).
