Clean airy room where you can smell the ocean and lie in bed and hear the waves crashing outfront. My unit is on bus run to surfers and shops like Coles Sushi Train Noodle box bank etc are behind the unit. The unit is opposite the Surf Club and Pub is on the corner.The room is clean furnished with a King Size Single bed huge chest of drawers its own fridge desk and linen is avail. Sharing with just us two. Im an older single mum. My little boy is 3 years old. So you must be ok with little kids. I can reduce the rent to *$130 if you are ok to mind him for me while I go for a daily jog to the pub on occassions and out over the weekend. We are easy going and like you to be the same and like kids as my little fella is very social and friendly and will love to sit with you and talk and play trains. Please be a responsible clean caring person and you will fit in fine with us.
