double size room at front of house with built in wardrobe. Unfirnished Bedroom. House is fully furnitured. I have a cat. I want someone neat as I am a bit of a neat freak, off street uncovered parking- but if there is a storm there is a shade sail. Not that close to bus stop so pretty much have a car. You have your own bathroom but share with visitors ask anything else.
