The building has a pool tennis court gym gardens and building managers. Its about a 6 minute walk to the beach and all shops and amenities aswell as the bus stop on the Highway. The unit has dishwasher air con huge balcony and rent includes foxtel and power. I am looking for someone who is employed trustworthy tidy reliable friendly and respectful. It is a great location and a beautiful place to live. Rent is negotiable. I also have a daughter 16 months old who lives with her mum but spends some time with me.
