The unit is in Burleigh Heads right near the beach public transport shopping centers/shops and it is in a nice apartment block and area. The rent is $160 per week (negotiable). The bedroom is unfurnished and if you have extra furniture there is room for that in the apartment. I am a 25 year old female. I would preferably like to live with someone in his or her 20s or 30s.
