Our housemate is moving home to England so we are looking for a new roomie from October 5th.The house is a large 2 story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pad located on the GC Highway only a few minutes walk to downtown Burleigh and the beach. It if fully furnished except the room but we do have a mattress if you need.About us: We are two easy going guys who moved to the Gold Coast in February from South Australia. We both love music and play guitar and are very social. We often have friends over for drinks/BBQ but respect each others work schedules and keep it quiet when the other is sleeping.We are looking for someone who is down to earth and likes to have the odd beer or wine in the evening and maybe a few more on the weekend but doesnt go too overboard. We keep the place clean (but were not clean freaks) and expect you to do the same. Bills (rent internet electricity water) are all split 3 ways.This would suit someone 20-30 years old students and internationals ok.
