Hi We are 2 guys looking for a housemate to take up a room in our 2 story house in Burleigh Heads. Short walk to the beach and James St with a bus stop literally right outside our driveway. The house has a spacious deck backyard with a fireplace and a BBQ. Yeewww! The room is medium size and can fit a queen bed easily (see picture attached). It has a built in wardrobe with a queen bed available if you want it. A bond is required and all bills are split evenly.We are both quite social but respectful of each other blah blah blah. But seriously we enjoy having a few beers but need a clean person too. Oh and the neighbours cat comes over sometimes to watch tv so its probably best if you arent allergic to the feline species.
