Hi. I have for rent a room in a 3 bdr apartment in Burleigh Heads. Our apartment is in a fantastic chilled out resort style complex that features 2 pools a tennis court and a bar/bbq area. Situated at the top of Burleigh St right over the hill from James St it is only a 10min drive to the M1 and Bond Uni 2min drive to stocklands and a 2min walk to the beach!! Our apartment is on the bottom floor and has recently been renovated with timber floor boards venetian blinds and classy glass/granite and tiled bathrooms. We have 2 patio areas (which are always perfectly sunlight) both surrounded by beautiful gardens. The room itself will be unfurnished. It has a massive built in wardrobe full length mirror and ceiling fan. Its a really good size. You could easily put a double or queen bed in with space left for a small desk or entertainment set up. Plus its never too hot and never too cold! The picture i have up is of the room it obviously would be unfurnished though. You would be sharing with an Aussie (me) and a couple of Canadians who are active and like to have fun. We are in our early twenties. I need to fill the room by the 5th/6th of June but it is available immediately. Rent is $120 a week and there is a bond of $560. The electricity comes every 3 months so that gets divided by the lot of us (I just put $1 in utilities cost because it varies).
