Up for rent is a single room with a shared bathroom (that is seperate) apartment is located in beautiful Burleigh Heads situated on the hill 150-200m from the oceans edge. Close to shops and public transport; bus stop and Gold Coast Highway 100m from door step. 10-15 mins on bus from here to Surfers and Southport. Younger male or female preferred age ranging from 18 to 27. The price for the room is $125 but we are willing to negotiate. Water is included in rent but hot water and electricity will be divided by equally between the household.
