Hello I have 1 very large unfurnished room available with own Bath room and large walk in robe. Very nice house with modern appliances neat and tidy and close to surfers. Im looking for some one for long term if works out week by week bases to start $200per week. I live with my 4 Yr old daughter. She goes to her dads every 2nd week end. Im looking for a female that works full time or studies full time with a friendly nature.
