Im looking to move out of my room and looking for someone to fill in my place! One room available in a 2 bedroom apartment on 2nd floor (top floor) of secure apartment block. Walking distance to Chevron Island and Surfers Paradise complex includes secure entry gates pool and spa. There is a gym right next door and apartment overlooks the river. The room is spacious with mirrored built-in robes and you get your own bathroom with bathtub shower and vanity. Living with 25 year old girl. There is a double bed provided if needed but no other furniture for the room. The unit is fully furnished. The fridge and washer are rented at $10/wk per person but if you have fridge and/or washer you are welcome to bring them. Females only sorry
