HiI am in a happy and fun mother who works from home and have two children 3 months and well behaved 2 year old and am looking for someone to do basic child minding and home help in exchange for rent.Couple would have the master room ensuite with WIR for $200 and single would have a double room and use main bathroom for $130 or master bedroom room for $170.Rent payment would be required each fortnight as normal and then the following rent payment would be discounted at $10 per hour or part there of of work done.Assistance required would involve occassional meals bathing children house cleaning evening baby sitting and other odd help.You will be mature and quiet with clean and tidy habits and not into smoking drugs or excessive drinking.
