Hi I have a great house in a central and popular area close to the beach. I regulary train early in the am and need someone to be at home until i get back which is generally around 8am so my daughter is not home alone. There will be nothing to do but be here. Rent is negotiable and will be good value. I am 44 and work part-time in the health field and am studying full-time.
