Hi we are 2 boys and a girl looking for a roommate. We have a room for rent. It is unfurnished and does not have built ins. The house is modern and backs onto the canal with own jetty so boats are welcomed. We are all professionals aged 25 and 26 we enjoy having a drink on the weekend, outdoor activities, watching rugby league. We also have a small inside dog, so must like animals. Room is available immediately, $140 per week plus electricity bills, Austar etc.
