We have a large house with 2 outdoor entertaining areas great for summer, a pool, large lounge, dining and kitchen, 2nd lounge set up in the garage (mansland). The house is already fully furnished you would just need to furnish the bedroom, which has built in cupboards and air-con. You will have the main bathroom and toilet to yourself majority of the time unless people visit.

Electricity is approx $10 p/p per week based on 4 ppl living here, that’s on top of the rent.

We are a couple in our early 30′s, really easy going, working full time, not into partying much and we are looking for a similar couple who are tidy and want to make somewhere their home and are friendly and easy to get on with.
