Heya!

We are a household in Broadbeach looking for someone to fill a room in our house! We have a 3 bedroom house on the canal with a massive pool. It’s exactly a 7 minute walk to Pacific Fair and about 15 minutes to the beach
We are easygoing hard workers in our early 20s, 1 male and 1 female (NOT a couple) very easy to get along with and super chilled. We like to keep a clean house and don’t mind having a few drinks here and there

The room comes with a massive queen bed and a set of draws, if you need wardrobe space there’s some in another room, we make it work. Would be sharing a bathroom with me, but I’m super clean and tidy so you’ll feel like I’m not there at all.

Rent is $160 per week including everything
