hey i have a decent size room available in broadbeach waters. the house is pretty big its on the canals with a pool and big living areas and yard. the room has an ensuite and wardrobe. the house is furnished room is not but still room if u have your own stuff. house mates are easy going but still pretty clean. too take a look give me a bell
