Professional working Mum with 3 girls (17 14 and 8) has double bedroom with built in robe and double bed (if required) available to rent from 14th December on an ongoing basis. Prefer minimum of 3 months. Happy to negotiate amount of rent charged if prepared to exchange for house cleaning and occasional child care. Double bedroom is next door to bathroom which is shared with 2 older children only. There are 2 bathrooms + extra toilet in house. Close to public transport. Beach is 20 minute walk Pacific Fair is 10 minute walk. House is on the canal and we have a pool and bali hut for relaxing. Double carport so room for your car. Wireless internet included with unlimited downloads. Would prefer a quiet single female who is working or studying.
