Hi there We (aged 28-30) have a room to rent in Broadbeach – available July 21. We are looking for someone to share our very tidy unit – overlooking football grounds and the beach just beyond it. Its a short walk to the beach shops park and public transport. Fully furnished and ideal for a student who enjoys an active / beach lifestyle and wants a quiet place to study too. We are very easy going clean friendly and like to surf. We are used to living with people of all nationalities. We both work full time and generally only one of us is home during weekdays due to work commitments so it never feels crowded!This is our home and we are seeking someone who will enjoy living there and respect the place as much as we do.Room rate is $170/ week all inclusive.
