HI I have a room available in a house at Broadbeach Waters. The 2 brm house is fully furnished in a quiet street walking distance to beach shops and cafes. Shared bathroom. I work full time in Brisbane at the Queensland Art Gallery. Im easy going like to laugh and try to live as healthily as possible while enjoying a few wines from time to time. The bedroom is in the upper level of the house while a young couple with a baby live in the granny flat downstairs so just letting you know the room is best suited to someone who is not interested in having loud parties! We cant hear the baby upstairs but they can hear us downstairs. I also have a cat named Rasta he lives here too. And a dog lives downstairs in the backyard which backs onto a canal. The room is available now.There is no minimum stay I lease the whole property in my name. I just ask for 2 weeks notice before you leave as I would give you if Id like to change any arrangements.
